Add an inventory item and track stock

Inventory keeps supplies such as feed, medicine, and equipment in one stable-specific list. Each item has a category and unit; usage records help you follow stock over time.

Track an item

• Select your stable, open Inventory, and add an item with a name, category, and unit.
• Add a location and minimum stock level if they are relevant to this item, then save it.
• Open the saved item to record usage or review its stock history. Use the low-stock filter to find items that need attention.

Choose a unit that matches how you actually count or measure the item; changing units later can make past usage harder to interpret. If you cannot add an item, check your stable permissions and plan limits.
