Create an activity, task, or reminder

Use a note to keep information for later. Use a task when somebody needs to act on it. Activities can also be linked to a horse or another stable item so your team can find them in context.

Set up an activity

• Open Activities, or start an activity from the item it concerns, and add a title.
• Choose Note or Task. For a task, you can assign a stable member to follow it up.
• Choose a type, status, and severity. Link the relevant horse or other item if needed.
• Set a start date or time in the Reminder section. Enable recurrence if the activity repeats, then choose the notification channels available to your stable.
• Save the activity. You can pin an important note so it stays easy to find.

If you cannot assign a task, check that the person is a member of this stable. Notification channels may depend on your stable’s settings and plan.
