Share one horse with a read-only member

Horse members can view records for a specific horse but cannot edit them or browse unrelated stable data. This feature requires the Fjord plan or higher and an owner or co-owner role to manage invitations.

Invite a horse member

• Open the horse profile and select its Members tab.
• Choose Invite member, enter the person’s email address, select the offered role, and save the invitation.
• Check the member list for the invitation status. Owners and co-owners can remove access from the same tab when it is no longer needed.

Use stable membership instead when someone needs access to multiple horses or management permissions. If Invite member is disabled, check the stable plan and your role.
